Returned goods

In the event that you receive a product with which you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange it for you in accordance with the 14-day obligation, or return the money without giving reasons. The goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags, without stains or odors.

How can you return the goods?

Fill out the return form that you can find here and send the form to us electronically at hello@kollab.store before sending the goods. If the form is too complicated, just send us an email and specify the items you want to return. We do not return all products from the Body Care category (cosmetics, fragrances and others), underwear and jewelry for hygienic reasons.

You can then return the goods in two ways:

  1. Through the post office - find any delivery point of the post office, report that you want to send the package to Kollab STORE using the identification number: 91669070 . The operator of the delivery point will print the label himself, stick it on the shipment and give you a confirmation of receipt of the shipment. The price for this service is 59 CZK and we will deduct it from the refunded amount.
  2. Personal handover of the parcel can be made by arrangement at our office in the creative hub KUMST in Brno at the address: Údolní 495/19, 602 00 Brno-střed

How do refunds work?

Returns usually take 10 business days to process and verify. We will then process the refund within 5 working days of sending the e-mail confirming receipt of the returned goods.
